After a long holiday, students from Grade 7 and Grade 8 of Anqing Foreign Language School's Junior High Department are about to return to school. Thus, in order to ensure the safe, stable and orderly work, the Junior High Department of the east campus planned in advance, proceeded careful deployment, and escortrd students through the convening of meetings.
First of all, on the morning of 20th April, Deputy Director Wang Changliang with the Junior High Department organized a meeting of all the class teachers of Grade 7 and Grade 8. At the meeting, Director Wang Changliang read a letter to parents in detail, and arranged the work related to returning to school. After the meeting, each class organized an online parents' meeting to convey the content of the class teacher's meeting and put forward specific requirements based on the situation of the class.
Second of all, on the morning of 24th April, the Junior High Department organized a meeting for all teachers of Grade 7 and Grade 8 to return to school and hold a training session on the novel coronavirus pandemic prevention, which was presided over by Deputy Director Hu Sen who arranged the recent work in terms of the coronavirus pandemic prevention requirements, online teaching summary in addition to the teaching work after returning to school. Moreover, at the meeting, Director Wang Shengxiang in charge of moral education put forward specific requirements on the arrangement of students returning to school and the daily management of classes.
Finally, Director Li Ping with the Junior High Department made a summary speech with four key words 'concentration on the task, study, reading, and execution', and put forward hope for teachers. Evidently, a series of meetings not only provide security for returning to school, but also stimulate the enthusiasm of all teachers so that the teachers have clear goals and directions.
